Excluive use of Cabot Lodge provides up to four guests private use of the Lodge with a drink on arrival, canapes, pre-dinner drink, multi-course evening meal, cooked breakfast, complimentary laundry service, as well as private use of the hot tub, private fishing jetty, and privately guided on-farm activities.
Cabot Lodge features a unique octagonal design to ensure mountain and lake views are received from every angle of the property. Each room is separated by covered outdoor walkways, which enclose a charming courtyard garden.
The exquisitely-appointed main living area has two separate sun-drenched patios, all with unobstructed views of the farm, Lake Manapouri and the surrounding mountains. The living area offers every creature comfort, with leather couches, a sumptuous daybed, an elegant office space with timber writing desk, and an extensive library of New Zealand books with an open fireplace.
The main dining room provides rustic elegance with timber dining tables next to an open fire. The dining room overlooks the farm and majestic Takatimu Mountains.
The central courtyard offers an outdoor fireplace for al fresco dining, while the top courtyard showcases a beautiful rose garden and access to the Lodge's hot tub, nestled in the Beech Trees overlooking Lake Manapouri.
