Perched above Cabot Lodge, The Villa offers unparalleled panoramic views over Lake Manapouri and the surrounding mountains. The entirely glass facade, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, seamlessly merges the stunning natural beauty of Fiordland with the Villa's contemporary interior.
The open-plan living offers a full-service Chef's kitchen, dining area, and living room, complete with gas fireplace. Two luxurious suites, each with a private en suite, are thoughtfully positioned at opposite ends of the Villa for ultimate privacy. One en suite provides a stunning bathtub and separate glass shower, while the second en suite is fully accessible, with a spacious walk-in shower. Both en suites have beautiful floor to ceiling stonework and extensive vanity areas, complete with all luxury amenities. The Villa also offers a full laundry, with washing machine and dryer for guest use.
Original artworks by well-known New Zealand artists adorn the walls, adding a touch of local elegance. With a retracting sliding door, guests can also enjoy seamless indoor-outdoor living with a private outdoor patio, perfect for al fresco dining.
The Villa is a short walk, following a paved walkway, to the Lodge hot tub, on-farm walking trails, and down to the Cabot Lodge Dining Room. For breakfast and dinner guests can choose between a hosted dining experience at the Lodge or private dining within The Villa.
